Cyl8 Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide for All Players

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cyl8 ("Platform", "we", "cyl8"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process and confirm your acceptance of its contents.

Continued use of the cyl8 platform — including browsing the website, accessing games, making deposits, or claiming promotions — constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions in effect at that time. If these terms are amended, you will be notified via an in-platform notice, and continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Cyl8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform members of any material changes at least seven (7) days before they take effect.

When registering a cyl8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name (as on your identification card), active phone number, valid email address, and bank details for withdrawal purposes.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard compliance procedure used by cyl8 to verify the identity of all members. This process may require you to:

• Submitting a copy of Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Verifying ownership of the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill or recent bank statement (not older than three months).
• Submitting a selfie with your identity document if requested by our compliance team.

Cyl8 is committed to completing the KYC process within 24 to 48 working hours after all required documents have been received and verified. Withdrawals for accounts that have not completed KYC may be delayed until the verification process is finalised.

All promotions and bonuses offered by cyl8 are subject to specific conditions stated on their respective promotion pages. The general conditions applicable to all cyl8 promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once only per eligible member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or deceive other players, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with another individual.
• Claiming bonuses using false information, multiple accounts, or methods that violate promotion terms.
• Rude behaviour, threats, offensive language, or harassment towards other players or cyl8 staff through any communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the cyl8 systems and infrastructure.

Violating any of the above rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and all associated winnings and balances may be forfeited.

Cyl8 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or delays at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, cyl8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred by a member as a result of gaming activity on the cyl8 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cyl8's control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password and login credentials.
• Loss of opportunity or anticipated profits resulting from temporary technical disruptions.
